How do I Update PerfectForm?
If your computer is connected to the internet, follow these steps to update PerfectForm:
- open PerfectForm
- click the Options tab
- click Update (an Update window will open)
- click Update from Internet (a Select Updates window will open)
- check the box next to forms you wish to download
- click continue (an Installing Updates window will open and the update process will begin)
- when the updates are complete, an Updates Successful window will open
- click Restart or Exit (you only need to restart the program, not your entire computer)
If the update process doesn't work because the computer where PerfectForm is installed:
- isn't connected to the internet,
- has a very slow connection, or
- your office has a "firewall" that interferes with a normal update,
The Browser Update method allows you to download the latest updates from any other computer attached to the internet, save them to a CD, flash drive, or network drive, and then install the updates from a local drive.
